Shubashri Point, a remarkable commercial building spanning 18,000 sq. ft., was designed by Nebulous Design to be both functional and aesthetically pleasing. Designed for the esteemed Pathi Group, this building offers large column-free floor plates, allowing for versatile and multi-tenanted configurations to cater to different corporate needs.
Shubashri Point’s remarkable glass façade is a standout feature, beautifully demonstrating the harmonious blend of stainless-steel hardware and advanced glass printing technology. Our venture into this innovative realm involved the utilization of state-of-the-art glass printing technology, where paint is embedded within the glass itself, guaranteeing long-lasting durability and eliminating concerns such as fading and peeling. This groundbreaking technique was made possible through a collaborative effort with Mumbai’s GSC glass manufacturers, who imported a cutting-edge glass printing machine from Switzerland.
A captivating personalized touch was incorporated in the building through the use of printed spandrel glass, meticulously designed to emulate an electrocardiogram. This thoughtful design element was specifically custom-made for a healthcare company set to occupy the space, reflecting our attention to detail and our dedication to aligning design elements with the clients’ brand.
