Nebulous Design achieved a significant milestone with the Maestro Fashions – Garment Factory, marking our inaugural venture into large-scale industrial projects. The journey commenced with a thorough exploration of the client’s requirements, delving into the intricacies of the garment manufacturing process and analyzing the workflow within the factory. Our objective was to design
Maestro Fashions with a two-phase approach, ensuring immediate functionality while accommodating future expansion, with a target production capacity of 2000 garments per day.
Keeping our commitment to sustainable design practices, we adopted an environmentally conscious approach by incorporating an eco-friendly Sewage Treatment Plant (STP). This installation further exemplified Nebulous’ dedication to environmentally responsible design. The comprehensive design encompassed a well-organized machinery layout, efficient power supply infrastructure, and essential facilities including a healthcare center, a creche, and a cafeteria, providing a holistic work environment for the factory.
Adjacent to the factory, we envisioned the Maestro office with a captivating pergola at the entrance, supported by a meticulously crafted structure resembling a needle, symbolizing the textile work undertaken by Maestro. To address the challenges posed by the southwest sun, we carefully selected high-performance glass for the office façade, effectively mitigating the impact of harsh sunlight while maintaining a visually striking appearance.
