Kalyan Silks Head Office – Thrissur

Nebulous Design was given the responsibility of converting the uppermost two levels of a seven-story building into a state-of-the-art corporate office space for the renowned Kalyan Silks. With a clear vision and a focus on accommodating a hundred employees, this project embodies a contemporary, modern, sophisticated, and forward-thinking design approach.

The seventh floor of the office is dedicated to the top management, with one half reserved for the chairman, two managing directors, their support staff, two conference rooms, and a VIP lounge. This floor exudes attention to detail and refinement, creating an atmosphere of prestige and exclusivity. Meticulously designed to cater to the needs of the leadership, it seamlessly blends functionality and aesthetic appeal. On the sixth floor, the operations staff responsible for managing all Kalyan Silks stores finds a workspace designed for efficiency and productivity, supporting seamless operations.

The fifth floor and those below it serve as storage areas for stocks that are regularly tallied and sent to stores as needed. With a focus on efficient inventory management, these floors are thoughtfully designed to optimize storage space and ensure smooth logistics operations.

To showcase Kalyan Silks’ remarkable growth journey, we envisioned an artistic mural featuring rings that tastefully represent the company’s progress. Displayed prominently at the reception area, the size of each ring precisely depicts the area of each store and its location, symbolizing the company’s expansion from its first establishment in 1909 to the present day.

Every corner of Kalyan Silks’ head office exudes a personalized touch, reflecting the unique personalities of the individuals who inhabit the space.
